1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TalentTapped, a product of DuoNova ("we", "our", "us"), accessible at https://www.talenttapped.com. TalentTapped provides tools such as ResumeLens (AI-powered resume analysis), Resume Builder, Job Portal, and related services designed to assist job seekers in improving their job search outcomes. By accessing or using TalentTapped, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the platform.

2. Access and Use of the Platform

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, TalentTapped grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not grant you any ownership rights in the platform or its underlying technology. All rights not expressly granted remain with DuoNova.

You agree not to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or attempt to create derivative works from any part of the platform. You also agree not to use the platform to build a competing product or service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform or its features at any time, without prior notice.

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

To access certain features, you may be required to log in using Google authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities conducted under your account. You agree to use the platform responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws. You must not upload misleading, false, or fraudulent resume information, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose. Additionally, users are strictly prohibited from creating multiple accounts to bypass usage limits, credits, or platform restrictions. Any such activity may result in suspension or permanent termination of access.

4. User Content and Data

When you upload resumes or other content to TalentTapped, you retain ownership of that content. However, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, process, analyze, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and integrity of the content you upload. TalentTapped does not verify user-submitted content and is not liable for any consequences arising from its use. We reserve the right to remove or restrict access to any content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use TalentTapped in any way that could harm the platform, its users, or third parties. This includes uploading harmful, abusive, misleading, or unlawful content, attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform, interfering with system operations, or using automated systems to scrape or misuse the platform. Any violation of acceptable use may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

6. AI-Generated Analysis and Limitations

TalentTapped uses artificial intelligence technologies to generate resume analysis, recommendations, and insights. While we aim to provide useful and accurate outputs, AI-generated results may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated and should not be solely relied upon for decision-making. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any suggestions before acting on them.

7. No Guarantee of Outcomes

TalentTapped provides tools intended to improve resumes and job application effectiveness. However, we do not guarantee job interviews, shortlisting, or employment outcomes. Success in job applications depends on multiple external factors beyond our control, including recruiter decisions and market conditions.

8. Job Listings and Third-Party Content

TalentTapped aggregates job opportunities from external sources. These listings are provided for convenience and informational purposes. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of job listings and are not involved in the hiring process. Any interaction with external job postings is at your own risk and subject to the respective third party's terms.

9. Feedback and Suggestions

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding TalentTapped, you agree that we may use such feedback freely and without any obligation to compensate you. Such feedback will be considered non-confidential and may be used to improve the platform.

10. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to TalentTapped, including its design, features, branding, and technology, are owned by DuoNova or its licensors. You may not use our trademarks, branding, or content without prior written permission.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

TalentTapped is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the platform. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from harmful components.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DuoNova and TalentTapped shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of opportunities, or reliance on AI-generated outputs. Your use of TalentTapped is at your own risk.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to TalentTapped at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in misuse of the platform. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will cease immediately, and we may delete associated data where appropriate.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Continued use of TalentTapped after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in India.
